About the Role

Your Day-to-Day will include:

Creating stunning flower arrangements that are in line with LVLY's aesthetic

Assembling hand tied posies in line with KPI's

Conditioning the flowers

Counting out your allocation of flower wraps

Supporting the Floristry Coordinator in managing stock flow including count-ins, rotation, and freshness checks when/if required too

Keeping our warehouse clean, organised, and ready for posy magic

Championing our health and safety standards to keep the space as safe as it is beautiful

Additional role details

Current ABN and your own insurance required (or willing to get if successful)

Monday - Friday shifts available, approximately 1 - 3 shifts per week.

Must be available to work shifts during the week of 9th Feb (preparation for Valentine's Day!)

Hourly rate for the first 3 training shifts, then moved to payment based on output rather than an hourly rate.

About You

You’re a flower lover with a can-do attitude. You bring sunshine to your team — whether that’s your co-worker or the person receiving the bouquet you just made.

Qualifications

Certificate in Floristry or previous experience working as a florist
