Senior Florist

Fig & Bloom is looking for an experienced Floral Designer to join our team full-time.

We’re looking for a confident florist who can produce beautiful, consistent arrangements efficiently and to a high standard.

The role

You’ll be responsible for:

* Creating floral arrangements to Fig & Bloom’s designs and standards
* Working efficiently to meet daily production targets
* Preparing, packaging and dispatching orders
* Supporting other florists and working collaboratively with the team
* Helping manage flowers, stock and waste
* Keeping the studio clean, organised and safe
* Providing warm, professional customer service when required

About you

You’ll have:

* Previous professional floristry experience
* Strong floral design and technical skills
* A great eye for detail
* The ability to work quickly without compromising quality
* A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
* Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment

Formal floristry qualifications are welcome but not required. Practical experience and the quality of your work matter most.
