The Flower Bar Co. is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Florist to lead our Currumbin studio.

As a premium floral and lifestyle brand, we specialise in curated arrangements and luxury customer experiences across retail, online, and events. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your floristry career in a supportive, beautifully designed work environment.

About the Role:

You’ll lead our Currumbin floristry team day-to-day — overseeing creative output, mentoring staff, flower ordering, flower care, and ensuring our high standards of customer service and design are consistently met. From fresh and dried florals to bespoke event work, you’ll bring confidence, quality, and leadership to every arrangement.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years floristry experience (retail + events)

Strong leadership and delegation skills, with management experience

Confident floral design with a luxury aesthetic

Positive, team-first attitude

Organised, creative and calm under pressure
