Experienced Florist – Penrith

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Florist to join our team in Penrith. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating beautiful arrangements and wants to be part of a friendly, creative and growing floral business.

🌸 What you’ll be doing

• Creating beautiful bouquets, arrangements and floral designs
• Designing flowers for everyday orders, special occasions and events
• Working confidently with a wide range of fresh flowers and foliage
• Creating designs with attention to colour, balance, texture and style
• Preparing flowers and conditioning fresh stock
• Helping with wedding and event florals when required
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Keeping the workspace organised, clean and visually beautiful
• Contributing your own creative ideas and floral style

🌿 What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years’ professional floristry experience
• Can confidently create arrangements independently
• Has strong knowledge of flowers, foliage and seasonal availability
• Has a good eye for colour, shape and design
• Is creative, reliable and takes pride in their work
• Can work efficiently in a busy environment
• Has good attention to detail
• Is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• Wedding / event floristry experience is highly regarded
• Most importantly, we want someone who genuinely loves floristry and takes pride in creating beautiful work.
