In this role, you will:
● Create elegant, high-quality arrangements for retail, weddings, and events
● Use your initiative to lead, organise, and support the flow of the day
● Bring calm, steady energy to a busy shop environment
● Build warm relationships with customers who appreciate premium service
● Work closely with a small, supportive team that genuinely loves what they do

This is for you if:
● You’re a qualified florist with 3+ years experience
● You have a strong design eye and a commitment to excellence
● You’re confident working independently and stepping into leadership when needed
● You thrive in a creative space and enjoy collaborating

● You hold a valid driver’s licence and are available for full-time hours
