We’re looking for an experienced, confident and creative Retail Florist to join our team across our busy Townsville stores.

This role is predominantly retail floristry — think beautiful daily orders, bouquets, arrangements, walk-in customers, deliveries and all the fun (and organised chaos!) that comes with working in a busy flower shop.

We’re looking for someone who:

🌸 Has floristry experience and can confidently create beautiful, commercial work
🌸 Is comfortable working independently and making decisions when needed
🌸 Loves being part of a team and is happy to jump in wherever required
🌸 Is friendly, reliable and great with customers
🌸 Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
🌸 Is available for some weekend work — but you won’t be working every weekend
🌸 Takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys being a florist

This is a casual position with a great rate of pay and plenty of variety.

For the right person, there is absolutely room to grow within Sunday Jungle. And if weddings and events are something you’re interested in, there will also be opportunities to get involved in that side of the business — although the main focus of this role is retail floristry.

We work hard, we have fun, we make a LOT of flowers, and we want someone who will become a great part of our little jungle. 🌿
