🌸 Lead Wedding Florist Opportunity | Wānaka NZ

The Green Room Flower Company is looking for an experienced Senior Wedding Florist to lead our wedding portfolio and step into a key creative leadership role within our growing business.

This is an opportunity for a talented florist who’s ready for more than “just a florist job” — someone wanting ownership, creative input, and the chance to help shape an established, design-led wedding brand known for immersive floral experiences and premium clientele.

Based in beautiful Wānaka, this role would suit someone craving a lifestyle shift — mountains, lakes, nature, creativity, and a more grounded pace of life — while still working on large-scale, high-end weddings across one of New Zealand’s most sought-after wedding regions.

You’ll lead client consultations, design concepts, proposals, ordering, timelines, installations, and on-site execution, working closely alongside our Creative Director and team to bring incredible wedding visions to life. We’re looking for someone with strong wedding floristry experience, excellent organisation, confidence with clients, and the ability to lead calmly under pressure.
