Florist

Botanics of Melbourne is looking for a talented and reliable florist to join our growing team, with casual work available immediately and the opportunity to lead into a permanent part-time role.

We are seeking an event trained florist with strong foundation skills and a minimum of 2–5 years’ industry experience.

Wedding and event experience is essential. Our work ranges from intimate celebrations through to large-scale installations and venue styling, so confidence in both detailed personal florals and larger set-ups is important.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has excellent technical skills and attention to detail
• Is confident working independently and within a team
• Enjoys client interaction and relationship building
• Is happy to assist with the full scope of event work — from prep and pack-down to statement installations
• Takes pride in both the creative and the behind-the-scenes work
• Experience driving vans is a plus!

Work days will vary depending on event schedules (including some early mornings and occasional weekends).

We are based in Prahran and work across Melbourne’s leading venues.
